Aliah MaJon
Aliah MaJon, Ph.D. has rejoined the StirFry Team after many years away, to pick up in her role as a Senior Facilitator and key Consultant for Training Design and Program Development. Aliah has a strong background in diversity, conflict facilitation, public speaking, group process, training and performance coaching, and has worked with clients in every sector from community and non-profits all the way to government and corporations. Most recently, her focus has been on entrepreneurs, and she received glowing recognition for her integrative style and holistic approach as a Success Tracs coach for the nationally known author and success expert, T. Harv Eker (“Secrets of the Millionaire Mind”).
Aliah has enjoyed what some call a portfolio career, and she has made outstanding accomplishments in diverse fields. All of her endeavors have been related to her personal brand as a transformation expert and facilitation specialist. In addition to Aliah’s work as a management consultant and coach, she is also a Spiritual Professional and is the founder of the International Association for Spiritual Coaching®, which was brought into to being to realize her life-long dream of “bringing spirituality into the mainstream!” Her newest project is a “hybrid” methodology that combines her personal development knowledge with leadership and success principles – it is called Full-SELF™.
Aliah has a doctorate in Metapsychology and hold a Master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology. She offers workshops and courses and regularly conducts specialized training and experiential learning programs on life mastery and “grief recovery.” She lost her only child to suicide in 1994, and is committed to evolving unparalleled methods for addressing trauma and overcoming loss. Lastly, Aliah was a key player in the facilitation of civic problems and community empowerment for the City of Los Angeles, while serving as Program Director for Days of Dialogue and the office of Assemblyman Ridley-Thomas. Her clients include: NASA, Proctor & Gamble, Harvard University, IBM, Lucent Technologies, Texas A&M, Southwest Airlines, City of Los Angeles, UCLA Hammer Museum, Levi Strauss and a long list of satisfied individual clients.
