Jim Peal
Jim Peal is a Senior Facilitator for StirFry Seminars with a strong background
in diversity training and organizational development. He has a doctoral
degree in psychology from Union Institute and is a certified NLP (Neurolinguistic
Programming) Elite Master Practitioner. He has led countless diversity programs
worldwide and is currently Chairman of the Diversity Committee at Pacifica
Graduate School as well as the Commissioner on Affirmative Action for Santa
Barbara County in California. Jim works with corporations to promote excellence
through diversity. His mastery in communications and organizational development
brings businesses to a higher level of competence, confidence, and productivity.
