This diversity training film is a supplement to The Art of Mindful Facilitation and is a collection of case studies that Lee Mun Wah experienced in his diversity workshops over the past twenty years. Each case study vignette is role-played by a group of actors to replicate what actually occurred. Through the use of three cameras, Lee Mun Wah illustrates the visual and auditory acuity that is needed to “mindfully observe” what is said and not said, the intent and impact of our communications, and the “points of departure and entrances” inherent in each of our gestures and responses.
