If you need to return or exchange your purchase, you must contact us within 30 days of its delivery. If your materials arrive and they are damaged, do not open the product. Please contact us, and we will exchange the item(s) at no cost to you. If you decide that you would like to exchange your purchase, you may do so for the cost of shipping and handling as long as the item is unopened and undamaged.

Stirfry Seminars & Consulting offers a discount for customers ordering more than one film at a time as follows: 2 films: 5% off • 3 films: 10% off • 4 (or more) films: 15% off.  Discount pricing will not be reflected in your shopping cart total, but will be made during processing of your order.
